You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for using the correct buyer or seller flow when you sign in.

Buyers should review listings carefully before ordering. Sellers are responsible for their own listings, fulfillment, communication, and shop operations.

Local Trade Network is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. It is not the direct seller for third-party listings unless clearly stated otherwise.

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and aligned with the category and content shown on the site.

The current marketplace fee structure uses a total 5% checkout fee, split 2.5% to the buyer and 2.5% to the seller.

Orders may be paid through the site flow, with payment information processed by Stripe where applicable.

Pickup happens at the seller's location when offered. Sellers may also offer local delivery at their discretion.

You are responsible for content you post, including reviews, shop text, and other public-facing information.

Do not misuse the site, post illegal listings, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with marketplace operations.

Accounts may be suspended or removed if there is misuse, policy violation, fraud, or another trust and safety issue.

Content, branding, and site assets remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights.

The marketplace may rely on third-party services such as Stripe or authentication providers, each with their own terms and policies.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis in this draft and does not promise every feature or outcome for every transaction.

To the extent allowed by law, Local Trade Network is not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from use of the site.

These terms may be updated as the marketplace grows. Continued use of the site means the current version applies.
